Do I Qualify?
Village Springs Apartments is an affordable housing community with income qualifications. Eligibility is based on your household size and the combined gross annual income of all household members. To get an idea of whether your household may qualify, find your household size in the chart below and compare your total annual household income with the applicable income limits.

How do I Apply?
Applying for your new home at Village Springs Apartments is easy. You can:
- Apply online using the application links provided on our website.
- Visit our leasing office during regular business hours to complete an application in person. Each household member 18 years of age or older must complete a separate application.
What Happens After You Apply?
To help us process your application as quickly as possible, all required documentation should be submitted within 48 hours of your initial contact with our leasing office.
Applications with missing or incomplete documentation may experience processing delays and could require documents to be resubmitted. Once we receive your complete application file and all required documentation, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for review and approval.
What documents do I need?
Please provide all pages of each required document. Documentation requirements may vary depending on your household's individual circumstances.
Income Verification
Please provide the documentation that applies to each source of household income:
- Six (6) most recent pay stubs
- Offer letter if you are starting a new position
- Social Security or SSI award letter dated within 120 days of your anticipated move-in date
- Child support income, if applicable:
- Court-ordered agreement
- 12-month payment history
- Other sources of income: Please disclose all additional income to our management team. Additional verification documents may be required.
Asset Verification
Please provide:
- Six (6) most recent statements for each checking or transactional account, including traditional bank accounts and accounts such as Chime, Cash App, Venmo, or similar services
- One (1) most recent savings account statement for each applicable account Identification & Household Documents Please provide:
- Valid photo identification for each adult household member
- Social Security cards for all household members
- Birth certificates for all minor household members
